About the Project
The operator has run cold-chain logistics in Al Wakrah since 2016 and is adding two refrigerated bays to serve contracted retail demand it currently turns away. Funding covers equipment purchase under a Murabaha structure; the equipment itself secures the facility.
How the profit is calculated
Cost price QAR 2,000,000 + disclosed mark-up QAR 315,000 = sale price QAR 2,315,000, repaid in 9 equal instalments of QAR 257,222.22. No element of the mark-up varies with time or delay; late payment triggers a charity donation clause, not a penalty to investors.
